My stay was a delight as the hotel is just a few steps from the train station and only a short walk to the stunning Rialto Bridge, making it super convenient for my city strolls to nearby landmarks. I loved sipping an Aperol Spritz at sunset with a picturesque view, perfectly embodying the charm of Venice.

The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions like St Mark's Square, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel decor impresses immediately with its elegant style. check-in was confusing since it occurred at a sister hotel a short walk away.

The check-in process occurs at a different location, making it unnecessarily inconvenient!!! The lack of working amenities such as lamps and coat hangers detracted from my comfort!!! The chaotic logistics for check-out were frustrating!!!

This place is in a great spot, close to the train station and just a short stroll away from lovely attractions like the Rialto Bridge. After a long day traveling, the large room was a welcome treat, complete with a cozy hideabed couch and a beautifully renovated marble bathroom. I really enjoyed the evening on the rooftop sitting area, which was a nice way to relax after exploring. Plus, having a couple of excellent restaurants nearby was a bonus for dinner options!

The aircon worked great and we enjoyed having a fridge in the room. The check-in process was a bit confusing since it was at a different location.

We loved the location in Santa Croce, only a short walk to the bus station. The kids enjoyed the beautiful view of the canal from our cozy room, and we appreciated the warm welcome at check-in, making traveling with family a breeze.
